Indictment announced in trial of Armenian militants who tortured Azerbaijani captives-<span class="red_color">UPDATED-1-<span class="red_color">PHOTO

The trial on the criminal case of Armenian militants Mkrtichyan Ludvik Mkrtichovich and Khosrovyan Alyosha Aramaisovich, who tortured Azerbaijani captives and committed other crimes in the First Karabakh War has been started in Baku Military Court, APA reports.

The indictment has been announced in the process, which was held with the chairmanship of judge Elbay Allahversdiyev in Baku Military Court in the administrative building of Yasamal district court.

Accused persons responding to the accusation found themselves partially guilty.

The prosecutor said that the testimonies of the victims who testified during the preliminary investigation were confirmed. The testimonies of the victims were checked in the prison in Shusha.

Although the defendants were asked to testify freely during the trial, they exercised their right to remain silent at this stage. They said that the victims would testify after interrogation. The victims were then interrogated.
