Trial on the criminal case of members of another group of terrorist armed group consisting of Armenian citizens - Karapetyan Rafik Robertovich, Golayan Gurgen Hovannesovich, Tadevosyan Hrayr Seryojevich, Maloyan Vaqarshak Merojanovich, Yergiazaryan Sasun Seyranovich, Vardanyan Arsene Araikovich, Bahrekyan Vahagen Edikochiv, Sogomanyan Setrak Samvelovich, Dilanyan Arman Vazgenovich, Martoyan Manuk Xovanesovich, Anbardanyan Vels Karapetovich, Mikaelyan Andranik Vazgenovich Grigoryan Felix Arshakovich, APA reports.
The Baku Court of Grave Crimes, chaired by Judge Azad Majidov, clarified the profile information of the accused persons.
During the trial, the lawyers filed a motion to conduct all proceedings by video and audio recording. The petition was granted.
The judges then explained their rights to the accused persons.
The accused persons were provided with a lawyer at the expense of the state.
The judicial review is appointed for July 1.
