Person who tortured Azerbaijanis in First Karabakh war testified in court-UPDATED-1

Trial on the criminal case of Armenian militants Mkrtichyan Ludvik Mkrtichovich and Khosrovyan Alyosha Aramaisovich who have tortured Azerbaijani prisoners and committed other crimes in the First Karabakh war is being continued, APA reports.

Victims have testified in the trial process chaired by Elbey Allahverdiyev, the judge of the Baku Military Court in the administrative building of the Yasamal District Court.

They have said that they have been tortured during captivity by the accused people.

Later, the accused Alyosha Khosrovyan testified freely. He said that he has been captured in Jabrayil in 2020, and passed to the Karabakh territory without permission. Alyosha Khosrovyan said he knows some words in the Azerbaijani language and was neighbor with Azerbaijanis in Gafan, and they later moved to Azerbaijan.

The process will continue on June 30.
