Prosecutor seeks 20-year prison sentence for Lebanese mercenary terrorist fought in Karabakh -UPDATED-1 -PHOTO

A judicial review meeting on the criminal case of Lebanese mercenary terrorist fought in Karabakh Eulcekcian Viken Abraham is being held in Baku Military Court, APA reports.

Stage of investigation of documents has been held in the court later.

Speaking with a petition, Eulcekcian Viken Abraham’s advocate asked for return of criminal case to inquiry showing his attorney’s refusal from his testimony during the inquiry as a ground.

The court has not provided the petition.

Inquiry testimony of Maral Nazaryan, who is known as a witness in the process and lives in Lebanon currently, has been announced.

Then the judicial investigation is announced close. Prosecutor has made a speech and sought 20-year prison sentence for him.

Judicial process will continue on June 11.
