The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's Crisis Management Center received information about the placement of an explosive devise in an Opel car near the Neapol circle in Khatai district, Baku.
Forces of the ministry’s Special Risk Rescue Service (SPRS) immediately arrived at the site to inspect the car, the ministry told APA.
Later, the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) was informed about the incident. The SRRS and ANAMA specialists inspected the car, and no suspicious items and devices were detected.
