Necessary measures being taken to release Azerbaijanis taken hostage by Armenians: Bar Association

The necessary measures are underway to release Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev illegally detained by the separatist regime created in Azerbaijan’s territories occupied by Armenia, said Chairman of the Presidium of Azerbaijan's Bar Association Anar Baghirov said on Thursday, APA reports.

“Currently, correspondence is being carried out with the European Court of Human Rights, all inquires are being responded,” he noted.

“Azerbaijani citizens, society should be aware that the necessary work is underway to protect the rights of Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev. I hope that international organizations will also pay special attention to this issue,” Baghirov added.
