Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The Penitentiary Service of Azerbaijan’s Justice Ministry has denied reports recently disseminated by some media outlets regarding unlawful actions committed against inmates, mass unrest among prisoners, deployment of special forces on jails, demand of money from inmates and their relatives in some prisons, including jails #13 and 6, and the Baku detention facility.
