President Ilham Aliyev has signed Decree about come measures regarding regulation of activity of Agroleasing Open Joint Stock Company, APA reports.
By that Decree, the title of Agroleasing Open Joint Stock Company subordinated to Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been changed into Agroservice Open Joint Stock Company.
It has been determined by the Decree that this Company is a commercial legal entity that implements provision of producers of agricultural products with agricultural production tools (agricultural equipment, technological equipment including machinery package and equipment for irrigation systems, agrochemical substances, plant protection means, certified seeds and seedlings) in the legally determined way except for sale through leasing, rendering of agro-technical services and organization of activity in this area.
Based on the Decree, the rights and obligations of Agroleasing Open Joint Stock Company under the valid leasing agreements related to sale through leasing of agricultural equipment, technological equipment including machinery package and equipment for irrigation systems, pedigree cattle to agricultural producers have been transferred to the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture.
