Azerbaijan increased fruit and vegetable export

In January-September of the current year, Azerbaijan exported nearly 390,2 thousand tones of fruit and vegetables worth $ 389,8 mln., APA-Economics report citing State Statistics Committee.

During the reporting period, in comparison with January-September of the previous year, the value of exported fruit and vegetables increased $ 47,3 million, or 13.8%, and the volume increased by 23,2 thousand tons or 6,3%.

Note that in January-September of the current year fruits and vegetables exported from Azerbaijan were mainly hazelnut (164,4 thousand tons), apple (55,1 thousand tons) and date (27,1 thousand tons)
