Some 66 people have died of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran during the past day, APA’s Tehran bureau reports citing the information disseminated by Iran’s Health Ministry.
The report says the number of people died of coronavirus in Iran has reached 7,249.
During the past day, 2,392 coronavirus infection cases have been recorded in Iran, and the total number of people infected with COVID-19 so far has reached 129,341.
Some 100,564 people have recovered from this disease so far.
Currently, among the patients being the virus carriers, the health condition of 2,655 people is severe or moderate-to-severe.
