The trilateral meeting in videoconference format of the presidents of Russia, Turkey and Iran dedicated to settlement of the Syrian conflict has ended, APA’s Turkish bureau reports.
The leaders taking part in the trilateral meeting have adopted joint statement. The statement says the heads of the states have come to an agreement to proceed with cooperation in the area of solution of the Syrian problem, and to hold next meeting in Iran at the first opportunity.
It was noted that the decisions adopted at the Summit meeting heald in Ankara on September 16 of the last year are still in force, besides, the parties support sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity of the Syrian Arab Republic.
The parties stressed significance of the continuation of the measures in the area of annihilation of the ISIS, Al-Nusra Front and Al-Qaeda terrorist organizations and the groups assisting them.
