The Armenian armed forces blatantly violating the requirements of the declared humanitarian ceasefire regime including main norms and principles of Geneva Conventions dated 1949 continue their criminal actions against our peaceful civilian population, the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office told APA.
Azerbaijan’s Agdam region was subjected to intensive rocket and heavy artillery fire from various directions by the armed units of the enemy side beginning from the morning hours on 19.10.2020.
Guliyeva Shamama Isa born in 1955 and Guliyeva Maya Mammad born in 1976 sustained bodily injuries of various degrees and were placed in hospital as a result of faolling of cannon missile on Banovshalar settlement of the region at about 03:00 p.m. today.
Also an employee of “Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC (Aztv) Hasanov Anar Beybala born in 1982 sent on business trip to frontline zone and being in Banovshalar settlement at that time sustained bodily injuries of various degrees and was placed in hospital as a result of subjection to fire by the enemy while delivering to the world community the provocations committed by Armenia against civilian population.
Besides, as a result of falling of cannon missile on territory of Pashabeyli village of the region, a resident of the village Mahiyaddinli Chichek Ilyas sustained bodily injuries of various degrees and was placed in hospital.
Currently, all investigative measures that are possible in the existing condition are implemented by employees of the prosecutor’s office.
