As a result of the military operation carried out by our troops in the direction of Goranboy, the Murov peak in the Murov mountain range was liberated, the Defense Ministry told APA.
As a result of the operation, the Vardenis-Agdara military highway connecting the occupied territories of Azerbaijan with Armenia was taken under visual control, as well as firearms and artillery.
The military advantage gained will prevent the transportation of additional military cargo from Armenia on the route to the occupied Kalbajar and Aghdara.
