On September 21, at 09:20 as a result of the enemy’s next provocation in the direction of Tovuz region on the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border, junior sergeant Mammadov Elshan Ali oglu, an active-duty serviceman of the Azerbaijani Army, was martyred: “Management of Ministry of Defense extended condolences and wishes patience to the family and relatives of the martyr!
We state that all the responsibility for the escalation of the situation on the front falls on the military-political leadership of Armenia."
