As reported earlier, the military-political leadership of the aggressor Armenia continues to commit acts of terrorism against the civilian population, grossly violating the norms and principles of international law, Prosecutor General's Office told APA.

Two more civilians were killed as a result of Armenian shelling of Azerbaijani settlements, APA's Karabakh bureau reports.

Residents of Hajimammadli village - Mammadov Murshid Rashid oglu, born in 1966, and his son, Mammadov Samir Murshid oglu, born in 1996, were killed as a result of firing by Armenian armed forces in Aghdam region.

Ambulances going to pick them up were also fired upon by Armenians.

Under the fact, the Aghdam District Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint under Article 120.2.1 (intentional homicide by a criminal organization), Article 120.2.4 (intentional homicide with special cruelty or general danger), 120.2.12 (national, racial). , intentional homicide with intent to incite religious hatred or enmity), 100.2 (aggressive warfare), 186.3 (intentional destruction or damage to property, especially with large-scale damage) and other articles.

At present, the prosecutor's office is carrying out all possible investigative measures in combat conditions.
