Leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan visited Alley of Honor and the Alley of Shehids

On June 26, on the occasion of the Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces Day, the Minister of Defense Colonel General Zakir Hasanov and Deputy Defense Ministers have visited the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Shehids (Martyrs), the Ministry of Defence told APA.
First, flowers were laid at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.
Then the Defense Ministry’s leadership visited the Alley of Shehids, laid flowers at the Eternal Flame monument, erected in memory of our fellow citizens who died in battles for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, and at the graves of shehids.
