State Service: More than 23500 citizens apply for voluntary service in army

Number of appeals of citizens for the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to voluntarily serve in the army increasing, State Service told APA.

So far, about 23500 citizens who responded to the appeal of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev have expressed by contacting the administrative office of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription via electronic communication means, as well as by coming in-person to the local departments, offices, and sections of the State Service where they are registered, their wish to voluntarily serve in the army and have been registered in a relevant way.

State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan thanks to the citizens for their high patriotism once again and recommend citizens to register via electronic service on www.seferberlik.gov.az website “Voluntary registration for military service” - https://exidmet.seferberlik.gov.az/Volunteer/Service without visiting the office, department or division where they are registered in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to comply with the rules established by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers to ensure human health and quarantine regime.
