Armenia violates ceasefire with Azerbaijan 18 times

Baku - APA. Over the last 24 hours, Armenian armed forces have 18 times violated the ceasefire with Azerbaijan along the contact line between the two countries' troops, using 60-mm mortars, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on November 3.

Armenian armed units stationed in Vazashen village of Armenia's Ijevan district opened fire at the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces located in Bala Jafarli village of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district.

Moreover, Azerbaijani army positions located in Alibeyli village of Tovuz district were fired at by Armenian armed units stationed on nameless heights in Berd district.

Azerbaijani army positions came under fire from Armenian positions located near the occupied Horadiz, Gorgan villages of Fuzuli district, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district, as well as on nameless heights in Terter, Khojavand, Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts.
