The meeting between Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Chief of the Turkish General Staff, General Hulusi Akar and Chief of the Georgian General Staff, Major General Vladimer Chachibaia is underway in Tbilisi.
The Azerbaijani delegation briefed the Turkish and Georgian sides on Armenia’s armed provocations on the line of contact and the successful retaliatory operations of the Azerbaijani army in April 2016, an APA correspondent reported from Tbilisi.
In addition, information was provided about Azerbaijan’s contribution to international peacekeeping operations, as well as about regional oil and gas projects.
