Azerbaijani servicemen continue participating in a mountain exercise in Georgia as part of NATO’s Partnership for Peace programme.
APA’s local bureau reports citing Georgia’s Defense Ministry that a total of 12 servicemen from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Latvia, Poland, and Armenia are taking part in the exercise.
The participants are practicing skiing, search-and-rescue and evacuation, camping on a snowy surface, etc.
The participants will be tested at the end of the exercise. Those who pass the test successfully will be awarded certificates, as well as testimonials for participation in future exercises.
The exercise will end on February 2.
