In January-September of this year, 17 mln. tones of oil were produced from Azeri-Chirag Gunashli oil and gas field block, which is 5% less in annual compariosn, APA-Economics reports citing BP (project operator) report on operations in Azerbaijan for January-September 2021.
At the end of the quarter, 136 oil wells were producing, while 30 were used for water and eight for gas injection.
In the first three quarters of 2021, ACG spent more than $398 million in operating expenditure and about $1,243 million in capital expenditure on ACG activities.
