During January-May of this year, Azerbaijan exported 905 234,88 thousand kW/hours of electricity worth $40 961,11 thousand, according to the calculations conducted by "APA-Economics" based on the information issued by the State Customs Committee.
The value of the electricity exported by Azerbaijan during the reporting period has decreased by 21%, and its volume – by 25.2% times as compared with the indicator for the relevant period of 2019.
Remind that last year Azerbaijan exported 1,770,642.37 thousand kW/hours of electricity (26.7% growth) worth $76,828.19 thousand (17.1% growth).
