In the first quarter of this year, Georgia has imported 23 544,9 tons of oil and oil products and it is 15 852,2 tons or 40.2% less in annual comparison, APA’s Georgian bureau reports quoting the quarterly report by the Georgian National Statistics Office.
In reporting period, value of the products imported by Georgia from Azerbaijan decreasing by USD 11 995,5 thousand o 56.2% has made up USD 9 344,8 thousand in annual comparison.
Note that in January-March of 2019, Georgia imported 39 397,1 tons of oil and oil products worth to USD 21 340,3 thousand from Azerbaijan.
