More than 4,400 tankers loaded with oil dispatched from Ceyhan terminal to date

About 3.38 billion barrels of oil were shipped from the Ceyhan oil terminal by BOTAS International Limited (BIL) company of Turkey, BIL told APA-Economics.

Note that oi produced from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) oil and gas fields in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea is exported to the world market via Ceyhan port.

According to information, during the reporting period, 4 406 tankers were loaded with oil from ACG. This year (according to the situation till January 27) 18,46 mln. barrels of oil and 25 tankers were loaded from the Ceyhan oil terminal.

Recalling that since 2001, BIL has been engaged in the exploitation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline over the territory of Turkey.
