During January-June of this year, Azerbaijan exported 15 343 452,45 tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous minerals which is 3,1% less compared with the same period of the last year, APA-Economics reports citing the State Statistics Committee.
In terms of value, the crude oil worth $ 5,34 bln. has been exported. In the reporting period, Italy was the main importer of Azerbaijani crude oil. Azerbaijan exported to Italy 5 959 479,7 tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous minerals worth $ 2,4 bln. during January-July.
Among the CIS countries, Ukraine has become the owner of the main share in the import of Azerbaijani oil. During the past six months of this year, Ukraine imported from Azerbaijan 764 528,9 tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous minerals worth $ 202,13 mln.
