Nearly 6,1 mln tones of oil is expected to be refined in SOCAR’s Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery, Deputy Head of Public Relations and Events' Organization Department of SOCAR Ibrahim Ahmadov told APA-Economics.
“Initially, this year it is planned to be processed more than 6,08 mln. tones of oil. Moreover, it is planned to increase the depth of processing as well,” I. Ahmadov said.
According to him, the average annual processing volume is 6 mln. tons in Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery and after the modernization project is completed, the plant will be able to process 7,5 mln. tons of oil.
