BP: We are ready to support the development of alternative energy sources field in Azerbaijan

BP company is ready to support the development of alternative and renewable energy sources, Carolyn Gilbert Assistant Legal counsel said at Caspian technical Conference held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.

According to her, BP is confident Azerbaijani government will create attractive opportunities in the development of the alternative energy field as it has been created in the oil and gas sector.

C. Gilbert noted that establishment of favorable condition in oil-gas field paved the way for directing multibillion investments in Azerbaijan’s economy. Creation of these terms in field of alternative and renewable energy sources sector will provide development of this field.

Note that BP Company has experience of more than 20 years in the mentioned field and is interested in the improvement of the alternative energy field in Azerbaijan.
