Azerbaijani economy is gradually restoring after the recent slowdown, the new chief of International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Mission to Azerbaijan Natalia Tamirisa said, APA-Economics reports.
According to her, increases in wages and pensions, as well as in social welfare, moreover measures to reduce tax and debt burden will stimulate the economy.
“We expect a 2% increase in the non-oil sector over the next two years. It is predicted that the inflation rate will be 3.3% during this period."
