Providing all the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from the occupation with electricity by the end of this year is one of the main targets, said Deputy Energy Minister Elnur Sultanov in his speech at the opening of Rebuild Karabakh and BakuBuild 2021 exhibitions, APA-Economics reports.

He noted that in accordance with these targets 3 out of 4 20-megawatt stations were restored in Lacin, Kalbajar, and Sugovushan.
