Turkey has imported 3 929,17 mln cubic meters of gas in January-April of this year from Azerbaijan. This is 7,8% more than in comparison to the relevant figure of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In accordance with the calculations, Azerbaijan is the second place in the total gas import of Turkey after Russia.
According to the information, Turkey has imported 3 645,81 mln cubic meters of gas in January-April of 2020.
In April of the current year, Turkey has imported 771,2 mln cubic meters of gas from Azerbaijan, and this is 15,86% less than in annual comparison. In April, Azerbaijan is in third place in the total gas import of Turkey after Russia and Iran.
