Companies which will place an emission abroad of Petkim Petrochemical Holding bonds worth AZN 500 million have been named.
“Goldman Sachs International” vÉ™ “JP Morgan Securities Plc” have been empowered as under-raters for the emission process, APA-Economics reports
The bonds will be in circulation until 22 December 2018.
The Turkish Capital Markets Board gave a positive response to the appeal for Petkim’s Eurobond emission, most of which belongs to SOCAR.
It should be noted that Petkim announced on October 27 that it was planning to emit bonds worth AZN 500 million to buy out a stake in the STAR oil refinery in AliaÄŸa (Izmir).
