Caucasus Muslims Office to increase prices for Mashad pilgrimage

Caucasus Muslims Office will increase the prices for Mashad pilgrimage by $20 as from July 1, Caucasus Muslims Office foreign affairs department chief Mugeddes Payizov told the APA. He said that they will raise the prices at drivers’ request.
“The drivers say that they are not satisfied with the prices,†he said.
Payizov said that the pilgrims used to pay $140 for Mashad pilgrimage and have to pay $160 now.
Payizov noted that about 1000 pilgrims leave for Mashad every year thourgh Caucasus Muslims Office.
“12 groups have been sent to Mashad since the beginning of the year, and each group consists of 25 men,†he said. /APA/
