"This is our 5th visit to Khudavang monastery. We come here when there are sacred holidays. We have visited the monastery on the occasion of Pascha holiday” said the Chairman of the Albanian-Udi Christian religious community of Azerbaijan Robert Mobili who visited the Khudavang monastery in Kalbajar today, APA’s correspondent to Kalbajar reports.
“Alongside our community, representatives of other Christian communities operating in Azerbaijan also participate in this visit. As well as, members of the Azerbaijan Bible Society are also here. We all prayed together, Thankfully, we celebrate this holiday in Karabakh, in Kalbajar, liberated from the occupation. We always commemorate our martyrs in our prayers. We ask God’s mercy for them. In our prayers, we thank the representative of every nation living in Azerbaijan, our President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, who created such conditions for us. At the monastery we recited our prayers in Azerbaijani, Russian and ancient Albanian”, he said.
