The latest developments in the Muslim world, especially the issue of Jerusalem, are not a problem only for Muslims, but for the whole world, said Deputy Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and the Palestinian Territories Ibrahim Khalil Awadallah.
He made the remarks at an international conference "2017- Year of Islamic Solidarity: Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue", which kicked off in Baku on Dec. 21, an APA correspondent reported from the event.
He urged the Muslim world to exert pressure on the United States.
“Muslims are supports of law and justice. Unfortunately, U.S. President Donald Trump made an unfair decision against us. Trump wants to forcibly take away Jerusalem from Muslims. No one has the right to deprive others of their rights,” said Khalil Awadallah.
The deputy grand mufti said that the Muslims in the region respect the temples of all religions.
