On February 7, the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Security Service and the local executive power body in a joint operation inspected an illegal place of worship in Bina settlement, Khazar district.
According to the State Committee, the inspection revealed violations of the law on religious freedom.
Accordingly, the State Committee filed a protocol against Bashirov Valeh Avaz oglu under Article 515.0.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences for practicing an illegal religious ritual.
