Azeri President issues decree to advance entrepreneurship

As per the presidential decree, the Justice, Economic Development, Labor and Social Protection Ministries, State Social Protection Fund, and State Statistical Committee will prepare a package of proposals to organize the activities of entrepreneurial entities on the basis of â€œsingle windowâ€ principle (a single registration body). The proposals will also include allotment of land sites, authorization of construction (reconstruction and rehabilitation) works, as well as simplification of examination procedures and time. The proposals are due to be submitted to the president.
The standard (statutory) acts in effect will also be brought into line with the new presidential decree. /APA-Economics/
