Parliament’s agrarian policy standing commission meets

The meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament’s agrarian policy standing commission was held today, APA reports.
Draft law on state-owned lands was debated at the meeting. The commission chairman Eldar Mahmudov gave information about the bill. He said this law introduces legal basis of management, use and protection of state-owned lands, regulates legal relations on these lands. The draft law consists of 11 chapters, 29 articles and property right on state-owned lands, composition of state-owned lands, their use, and other clauses are reflected in it.
Ibrahimov said all lands that were not given to municipalities and special property are owned by the state. The draft law was submitted to the Parliament for the first reading after the debate. /APA/
