Azerbaijani Parliament Chairman receives outgoing British Ambassador

Azerbaijani Parliament chairman Ogtay Asadov received outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Laurie Bristow, the parliament told the APA.
Mr.Asadov expressed gratitude to the outgoing Ambassador for his contributions to the deepening of relations between the two countries.
He said Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the expansion of the relations with the United Kingdom, and noted that the cooperation is developing in all spheres.
The parliament chairman noted that the parliaments have great role in the development of cooperation.
Mr.Bristow underlined that there is a great potential for the expansion of the relations between Azerbaijan and the UK. /APA/
