US, European stocks go down

The U.S. Dow Jones stock index fell by 0.38% to 19,887.38 points and S&P 500 by 0.35% to 2 268,90 points, while NASDAQ grew 0.19% to 5,531.82 points.

In the European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went up by 0.38% to 7,237.77 points, French CAC 40 declined 0.45% to 4,887.57 and Germany’s DAX by 0.30% to 11,563.99.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold was sold at $1,184.90 an ounce, and silver price at $16.68.
