“The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection rate in Russia is not so high”, said Anna Popova, the head of Russia’s consumer rights and human well-being watchdog Rospotrebnadzor, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

“No growth has been observed in COVID-19 infection for as many as eleven days”, A. Popova stressed.

Note that the Task Force has disclosed that 9,974 people tested positive for coronavirus in Russia during the past day, and the total number of coronavirus cases countrywide has reached 252,245.
