The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has disclosed the reason of implementation of meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
The Turkish President said in fact the meeting with his Russian counterpart taking place in Kremlin has been planned to be held in Turkey.
Erdogan noted that however the meeting is being held in Moscow due to the tense work schedule of V. Putin in connection with the change being made in the Russian constitution.
“Our meeting dedicated to Idlib bears great significance. There is a tension in the region. I think the decisions that will be adopted today by us will calm both the region and our countries”, the Turkish President stressed.
