Kazakhstan reports 64 new COVID-19 and 408 pneumonia cases

Kazakhstan confirms 64 new COVID-19 cases by the morning of September 16, APA reports citing AKI Press.

These new cases included 18 in East Kazakhstan reigon, 8 in Atyrau region, 7 in Nur-Sultan, 6 in North Kazakhstan region, 5 in Karagansa region, 4 in Almaty region, 4 in West Kazakhstan region, 3 in Turkestan region, 2 in Akmola region, 2 in Jambyl region, 2 in Kostanai region, 1 in Almaty, 1 in Kyzylorda region, 1 in Pavlodar region.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 106,984. The death toll from coronavirus made 1,671.

408 pneumonia cases with coronavirus symptoms were registered for the past 24 hours. One patient has died from pneumonia and 71 recovered.

Since August 1, the total number of pneumonia cases made 30,074. 26,406 people recovered and 332 died.
