Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a telegram to President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and İranian President Hassan Rouhani, expressing condolences over the tragic crash of a Ukrainian passenger plane near Tehran, the Kremlin press service said on Wednesday, APA reports.
