The Russian Foreign Minister responded to the accusations of Bulgaria against the official Moscow regarding the explosions at the country's arms factories in 2011-2020 such as: “Fortunately, we are not accused of killing duke Ferdinand”.
S. Lavrov noted that the European Union should investigate that how arms depots relate to private entrepreneurs.
