The traditional briefing of the official representative of Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Maria Zakharova is being held without journalists’ participation, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
The Russian MFA has taken decision to hold the weekly briefing without participation of the media representatives due to coronavirus threat.
M. Zakharova said this time the briefing has been held in the video conference format without participation of journalists in compliance with the recommendation of the World Health Organization to refuse implementation of mass events.
She said the journalists may send their questions and obtain answers in online mode.
