Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grande in Moscow on June 28, APA's Moscow correspondent reports quoting the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The return of refugees and IDPs to Karabakh and surrounding regions was discussed at the meeting.
"According to the statement of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia dated November 9, the issue of return of refugees and IDPs to Nagorno-Karabakh and adjacent regions was considered," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
