Situation regarding Karabakh regulation is a special issue in our negotiations, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during his meeting with Armenia's new Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Moscow, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"There are several issues here, which are discussed by head of states directly. However, there are some issues, which are solved by our militaries, border guards with Azerbaijani and Armenian counterparts on a daily basis. A trilateral working group at the level of Deputy Prime Ministers is operating on the establishment of economic and transportation relations in the region. That is why I consider that we have a comprehensive agenda," said S. Lavrov at the meeting with his Armenian counterpart.
