“Construction of the first line of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline is completed,” said Russian President Vladimir Putin in his speech at the plenary meeting of XXIV Saint-Petersburg International Economy Forum, APA’s Russia bureau reports.
He noted that the construction of the second line of gas pipeline continues.
“The underwater part of the pipeline is fully ready. The only thing left is to connect the pipeline to the pipeline in Germany. Gazprom is ready to fill Nord Stream with gas,” stressed Russian President.
