On November 1, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation, APA reports quoting the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The diplomats discussed the implementation of the agreements reached by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia on November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021. Special attention was paid to humanitarian issues, issuance of mine maps, de-escalation of tensions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, opening of all communications in the South Caucasus and regional cooperation.
The foreign ministers also discussed regional and international issues.
