Azerbaijan Association of New York condemns Armenia's aggression

Azerbaijan Association of New York has issued a statement on on the shelling of positions of the Azerbaijani army in the frontline zone and residential areas by Armenian Armed Forces on September 27 at 06:00 resulting in the death of civilians and servicemen, State Committee for Work with the Diaspora told APA.

The statement reads that deliberately targeting civilians is a gross violation of international humanitarian law, as well as Geneva Convention.
